・Domestic shipping (Japan): free
・International shipping: ¥2,000 (free on 2 or more engine models, or on orders of ¥35,000 or more)
・Keychains: ¥500 within Japan / ¥1,000 worldwide (free on 3 or more)
・Digital products (3D CAD data, etc.): no shipping fee
Duties and import taxes
・US orders: import duties and customs handling fees are prepaid by us. Nothing to pay on delivery.
・Outside the US: import duties, VAT and customs handling fees may be charged on delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility.
・Rates and assessment rules vary by country, and we cannot determine the amount in advance.
・Every parcel is declared at its actual sale price and fully insured. We cannot under-declare value or mark shipments as a gift.
Payment methods and timing
・Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / American Express / JCB): charged at the time of order.
・PayPal: charged at the time of order.

Delivery timing
・In-stock items: shipped within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.

Returns and cancellations
Finished physical products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and undamaged (30-day return guarantee). Return shipping is paid by the buyer for change-of-mind returns, and by us where the item is faulty or the fault is ours. Custom commissions and digital products are not eligible for return or refund, except where the fault is ours. Full details are set out in our refund policy.
