Shipping fees
・Japan: free
・International (engine models): ¥2,000
　└ Free on 2 or more engine models, or on orders of ¥35,000 or more (applied automatically, no code needed)
・Keychains: ¥500 within Japan / ¥1,000 worldwide
　└ Free on 3 or more keychains
・Digital products (3D CAD data, etc.): no shipping fee

Processing time
・In-stock items: within 2–3 business days of order confirmation
・Made-to-order items: within 14 business days of order confirmation
・Custom commissions: varies by scope, advised at the time of quotation

Delivery time (estimate)
・Japan: 3–5 days after dispatch
・International: 7–14 days after dispatch (varies by region)
※All parcels are shipped with tracking.

Duties and import taxes
・US orders: import duties and customs handling fees are prepaid by us (DDP). Nothing to pay on delivery.
・Outside the US: import duties, VAT and customs handling fees may be charged on delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility.
・Rates and assessment rules vary by country and we cannot determine the amount in advance. Please check the import regulations that apply in your own country.
・Every parcel is declared at its actual sale price and fully insured. We cannot under-declare value or mark shipments as a gift.
・If duties are refused and the parcel is returned to us, the refund will be the item price less outbound and return shipping and any costs incurred.

Damage or loss in transit
Every parcel is fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will remake the item or refund you in full.
