Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy varies by product type, as follows.


[Physical Products (Finished Engine Models, etc.)]

We offer a 30-day return guarantee on finished physical products. If you contact us within 30 days of delivery and the item is unused and undamaged, we will accept the return and issue a refund — including returns for change of mind.

- Defective items or errors on our part (damage, wrong specifications, etc.): we cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
- Returns for change of mind: return shipping is at the customer's expense. After confirming the item's condition (unused, undamaged, all accessories included), we will refund the product price.

The following are not covered by the guarantee:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or soiled
- Items missing accessories (display stand, etc.)
- Requests made 31 or more days after delivery
- Items returned without prior notice

[Custom Orders]

Due to the made-to-order nature of custom products, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once production has started.

However, if the finished product has a clear defect or does not match the agreed specifications, we will correct it free of charge.


[Digital Products (3D Models, etc.)]

Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot accept returns or refunds after payment is completed.

However, if there is a fault attributable to us, such as corrupted data or a serious defect, we will fix or re-deliver the product.


[Refunds & Exchanges]

Once a return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

As each piece is handcrafted one at a time, we generally offer refunds rather than exchanges.
