We offer physical products, custom-made products and digital products (such as 3D model data).
The color and appearance of products may differ from the actual items depending on the device and environment you use.

Due to the nature of digital data, digital products cannot be returned or refunded after purchase.
Because custom-made products are produced according to your requests, they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started.

We reserve the right to change or discontinue the content, specifications or availability of any product without notice.

Article 3 (Orders)
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order for any reason.
An order is concluded when we confirm our acceptance.

Returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.
You agree not to resell, sell on or redistribute purchased products for commercial purposes.

Article 4 (Prices and Payment)
The price displayed at the time of your order applies.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all charges.

Article 5 (Shipping and Delivery)
Estimated delivery dates are for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Ownership of and risk in the products pass to you when the products are handed over to the carrier.

Digital products (such as 3D model data) are provided under a non-exclusive license for personal use.
Copying, redistributing, reselling, transferring, lending, publishing or commercially using them without our prior written permission is prohibited.

We are not responsible for the content of tools or external links provided by third parties.
You use third-party services at your own risk.

Article 8 (Relationship with Shopify)
Although the Services are hosted by Shopify, the sales contract is concluded directly between you and us.
Shopify bears no responsibility for such transactions.
