1936–1947 Knucklehead Engine
1/6 Scale
Harley's first overhead-valve V-twin — the engine that started the chopper story.
The Knucklehead was Harley-Davidson's first overhead-valve V-twin, built from 1936 to 1947 and named for the rocker boxes that look just like a pair of knuckles. Advanced for its day and gorgeous in every detail, it's the cornerstone of vintage American motorcycling. This 1/6-scale piece is built and aged by a single craftsman in Osaka, Japan.
