The engine that defined the chopper era — hand-aged to look like it’s been running since 1936.

The Knucklehead. Harley-Davidson’s first overhead-valve V-twin, produced from 1936 to 1947. Named for the rocker boxes that look unmistakably like a pair of knuckles.

This 1/6-scale replica is built by a single craftsman in Osaka, Japan — the same person who designs, prints, finishes, and ships every model. No factory. No assembly line.

About the Real Aging finish

The Real Aging Edition takes the standard model further — each surface is individually weathered by hand to replicate decades of actual use. Oil stains, rust spots, paint chips, and metal wear are applied layer by layer using the same techniques as professional model builders and prop makers.

No two pieces are identical. The aging pattern on your model will be unique.

Why collectors choose this model

  • 35–40 hours of hand-finishing per model — sanding, priming, painting, aging
  • High-resolution photopolymer resin (ELEGOO Mars / Saturn) — same process as dental and jewelry casting
  • Custom-blended resin formula for impact resistance — tougher than standard 3D prints
  • Display-ready: includes a custom base. No assembly required.
  • Ships worldwide from Osaka, Japan — carefully packed for international transit
