1936–1947 Knucklehead Engine
Real Aging Edition · 1/6 Scale
Eight decades of wear, recreated stroke by stroke in a one-off hand-painted finish. No two are ever alike.
The Knucklehead was Harley-Davidson's first overhead-valve V-twin, built from 1936 to 1947 and named for the rocker boxes that look unmistakably like a pair of knuckles. This 1/6-scale piece is finished to look like it has been running ever since — rust, oil staining, chipped paint and heat-burnt metal, all applied by hand. A genuine one-of-a-kind art piece, built and aged by a single craftsman in Osaka, Japan.
