ONE PIECE ONLY
Panhead Full Drive Edition
Real Aging | Drag Pipes
Serial No.3 ─ the first Panhead I have ever aged.
About this release — one piece only
This is a special build made as a single piece. It will never be reproduced to the same specification. Whoever completes checkout becomes the only owner of this individual model.
Serial No.1 went to a collector in Germany. Serial No.2 sold 17 minutes after going live, to a collector in Japan.
Two Knuckleheads came before this one. This is the first time I have applied real aging to a Panhead. It is a Full Drive Edition, which reproduces the whole path of power — engine, primary, transmission. For this build I also went with a chrome primary cover and added an ED ROTH carb cover.
The dirt in these photos is not real dirt. It is paint. Every trace of rust, oil staining and heat-burnt metal is brushed on by hand, layer by layer.

🔥 What to look at
The first Panhead with real aging
Black rust and oil staining around the crankcase, red rust blooming across the cylinders. A Panhead has different heads and rocker covers from a Knucklehead, so I had to rethink from scratch where time would settle on it.
Worn chrome, aged just far enough
The rocker covers, pushrods and primary cover are chrome, aged to wear them in without losing the shine. That balance was the hardest part of this build, and the primary cover is the piece I am proudest of.
Drag pipes, painted the way exhaust actually works
Heat discoloration runs through the metal. There is soot at the head, and soot on the rear pipe where it takes the exhaust coming off the front one.
ED ROTH carb cover
An ED ROTH carb cover sits on the Linkert. That one part takes it out of stock-engine territory.
